<p>Almost all SmokePing functionality sits in this Module.
The programs <a href="././smokeping.html">smokeping</a> and <a href="././smokeping.cgi.html">smokeping.cgi</a> are merely
figure heads allowing to hardcode some pathnames.</p>
<p>If you feel like documenting what is happening within this library you are
most welcome todo so.</p>
