I adopted this (previously-orphaned) package and changed the
installation procedures to no longer automatically install the
now-obsolete sample /etc/hosts.allow rules. Those sample rules are
now placed in the examples subdirectory, with some explanatory text.
Bruce suggested this change because many of the rules are no longer
valid and are apparently blocking traffic from legitimate hosts.
