snack for Debian
----------------------

Comments regarding the Package

I packaged the snack library separately, instead of as a contrib
package to transcriber. Because it is an Tcl/Tk oriented library, I
did not follow the .so naming convention snack.so.2 -> snack.so.2.0.7

This may change in the future.

The name of the source is kept `snack' (after the upstream version),
the packages are called `libsnack2'---presumably because it is a
library--even though it is for Tcl/Tk. I don't know if this is
according to the Debian standard---i wish8.2 there was a readable
checklist for these things.

I split the package up into a main binary, and binary-indep -doc and -dev
packages. I _finally_ got everything working with dh_tools, but it was
very difficult.

Main catch: i had to use a `-p ${package-name}' to DH_OPTIONS and
_not_ `-a' of `-i'.
