This document describes the process of making a new release of the
SoQt library.

The major effort to make is to read through Coin/RELEASE.txt and do the
steps described there that are relevant for SoQt.

Steps specific for SoQt, in no particular order:

   - Build SoQt on top of SGI Inventor to check that we've not broken
     compatibility.
