Please note (from upstreams NEWS):
Library is no longer linked against cppunit. On
systems where this library is linked statically to the library
(e.g. Debian), binaries linked with sp-gxmlcpp _and_ using cppunit
need recompile.
This is very likely to fix bug 185151.
* -dev: Adding missing dependencies for libxml2-dev/libxslt1-dev.
* sp-gxmlcpp-test.1 && sp-gxmlcpp-xsltproc.1: now upstream.
* autotools: build dependency on autotools-dev, copying config.guess|sub unconditionally.
