splay(Soundplayer) README(International)

This program have NO WARRANTY.
You can use this program under GPL.
You can use these libraries under Library GPL.

The splay is program using MPEG/Wave Sound library
The splay is program which can play MPEG-1/2 audio file and Wave files.
The xsplay is X-interface of splay which may be stronger.

Only Support glibc-2!!!

Current version have
	* Support MPEG-1 layer 1,2 and 3
	* Support MPEG-2 layer 3 (I don't know how to work in other layers)
	* Support Wave file
	* Support 'force to mono'
	* Support half frequency in MPEG-Audio
	* Support list file
	* Support http:// in filename and list file
	* Support buffer (Thread)
	* Support selecting frame (X-interface)
	* Support description of MPEG-Audio

More detail is in ChangeLog, and just run splay!!

To install, See INSTALL

Development:
Bigendain is being implemented.

Appendix:
In selecting Files
Filtering ( in selecting files of X-interface )
  *.mp2:*.mp3
Selecting files keeps sequence of selection.
In netscape, add -e option to quit immediately when playing is done.
