Contrary to the intuition of many, <a href="../c3ref/reset.html">sqlite3_reset()</a> does not reset
the <a href="../c3ref/bind_blob.html">bindings</a> on a <a href="../c3ref/stmt.html">prepared statement</a>.
Use this routine to reset all host parameters to NULL.
