More filedescriptors for squid and squid-novm

The standard Linux 2.0.x kernel has support for a maximum of 256
filedescriptors per process. Squid, but especially squid-novm, uses
a lot of file descriptors.

The squid FAQ talks about this and recommends use of a special patch
for 2.0.x kernels to raise the maximum number of filedescriptors per
process to 1024. See http://www.linux.org.za/filehandle.patch.linux

You will get one reject when applying that patch, namely on
usr/include/gnu/types.h. You can safely ignore this.

Also read the intro of the patch about the /proc/sys/kernel limits!

The Linux 2.1.x kernel has support for thousands of file descriptors
out of the box, but might also need some /proc/sys/kernel/xxx tuning.
