spam_buttons 2.1

Make sure to have configured the plugin in
/etc/squirrelmail/spam-buttons-config.php.  The plugin is enabled in
SquirrelMail by default. Feel free to test your configuration using
http://your-squirrelmail/src/configtest.php.
