* Fix for issue #13 by introducing a small delay in writing to pppd.
- The longer story is that it appears that imediately writing to the
PTY after doing fork/exec to the process caused sstpc to read the
same packet back. This change adds another state causing a delay
in reading SSTP packets from the server until the first PPP packet
can be read from pppd thus avoiding this.
