more popular TIFF format.

This file describes shortly the SYNTAX of STIFF.

The general SYNTAX of STIFF is:

% stiff <fits_image1>  [<fits_image2> <fits_image3>]
	[-c <configuration_file>] [-<keyword> <value>]
