<tt>Replace_if</tt> replaces every element in the range <tt>[first, last)</tt> for
which <tt>pred</tt> returns <tt>true</tt> with <tt>new_value</tt>. That is: for every
iterator <tt>i</tt>, if <tt>pred(*i)</tt> is <tt>true</tt> then it performs the assignment <tt>*i
= new_value</tt>.
