* Applied an upstream patch that fixes an undefined symbol which affected
Ubuntu but not Debian.
* Applied a set of upstream patches to fix FTCBFS by making pkg-config and
gcc substitutable, as well as reconfiguring the call to help2man to build
the manpage. Thanks to Helmut Grohne for is patches. Closes: #929005.
* New Standards-Version: 4.5.0.
- Moved notify_aosd to /usr/libexec according to FHS 3.0.
- Changed http to https for the debian/copyright format spec.
* New debhelper compat version: 13.
- Using Build-Depends: debhelper-compat (= 13) instead of debian/compat.
* Updated upstream Website in debian/copyright.
* Set patch let-debian-override-pendantic-errors to Forwarded: not-needed.
The approach for this fix is Debian-specific.

* Added xdg-utils to Recommends, because it's used in the default
configuration but it's not strictly needed to run Superkb.
* Switched FEEDBACK_HANDLER from aosd-cat to libnotify-bin because
aosd-cat does not compile under arm64.
