The upstream tarball has been modified as follows, to comply with DFSG:

  * All binary jar files have been removed except the template jar files.
    They only contain text and template files.

  * Directory svnkit-tests/nailgun was removed, because it contained
    an embedded copy of nailgun package's source code and precompiled
    binaries.
