"Swac-explore" is a GTK+ program which allows the browsing of audio collection of words (SWAC) installed in a SQLite3 database.
In order to create such a database you will need the "swac-get" (GPL) tools which is available at: http://shtooka.net/soft/swac_tools/en/.
