Swaks is currently packaged without dh or cdbs. Rationale below.
tdlr: It is a learning experience.
On one hand swaks is a trivial package (no build, no dynamically
calculated dependencies, single binary package)
and on the other hand IMHO it is still valuable to have an understanding
what (or if any) complexity dh/cdbs are hiding and what actually happens
when building a Debian binary package. Having a living binary package in
the archive allows me to not not totally forfeit this skill.
