Find and remove redundant calls to smart pointer's ``.get()`` method.

Examples:

  *ptr.get()  ==>  *ptr
  *ptr->get()  ==>  **ptr
  if (ptr.get() == nullptr) ... => if (ptr == nullptr) ...
