Maybe:
Switch to Debian clang (Debian clang is not Swift aware)
Switch to Debian llvm (Debian LLVM is not Swift aware)
Switch to Debian lldb (Debian lldb does not support Swift REPL)

Swift forked llvm and clang. We will have a look it is possible to use the packages
from Debian.
