Several little test programs to test event API features
devTest : Classical test device server for Tango
Start it as
devTest api
This server creates three devices which are dev/test/10, dev/test/10
and dev/test/12
To test event in a server, start a second instance of this devTest device server
devTest api2
which creates one device call dev/test/20
Start these two servers before running the test programs
Don't forget the LD_LIBRARY_PATH setting
