Basic Installation
==================

  1. Type `make' to compile the package.

  2. Type `make install' as root to install the programs and
     documentation. By default, `make install' will install the
     package's files in `/usr/local/bin' and `/usr/local/man'.

     You can specify your own installation path by typing
           make install prefix=PATH
     The `tarcust' program is then installed in PATH/bin and the
     documentation in PATH/man/man1.
