Documentation

The documentation can be generated from a xml source. Type make to
create html documentation. Calling make in this directory also patches
the source taskjuggler.xml.in to taskjuggler.xml.

- IMPORTANT -
  Always edit taskjuggler.xml.in, not taskjuggler.xml!
