* token_shell.man: Extended the string::token::shell parser with
* token_shell.tcl: options to accept partial words at the end of
* token_shell.test: command line, and to return type/index
information into the input instead of just the extracted words.
Updated documentation and testsuite. Bumped version to 1.1.
