TCM for CYGWIN (patch-version 0.7)

Dear User,
this file comes with a patched version of the "Toolkit for Conceptual
Modelling (TCM)". Please notice that CYGWIN is (currently) not a
supported platform of the official release. The patch and the binaries
worked for me (on a Win2000 box in an NT-domain), but your experience
might be different.
The patch and binaries for CYGWIN are largely untestet. If you encounter
problems (or success :) with TCM for CYGWIN, feel free to contact me.

on Cygwin.
