This file explain how to compile tcp4u on a unix system.

* Copy the file Makefile into the directory ../src
* Edit this new file. Change the destination directory and
  the compilation options. Possibly some other declarations
  are to be modified (ie: "AR = ar r" instead of "AR = ar -r").
* Run "make install"
