status everytime the person joins the server and the specific channel he was
given this status in. The person needs to be registered with the server for
this function and needs to login to the server with his Login name and password.
Operators are allowed to give Operator status to others and give <a href="voice.htm">Voice</a>
and <a href="autovoice.htm">Auto Voice</a> in moderated channels. </p>
