you are on a moderated server or channel and you are not given <a href="voice.htm">Voice</a>
status (so you cannot speak to others, only listen) you can request Voice. When
you click on it you can give a reason why you want voice or why admins should
give you Voice. When you click on Ok a spoken message (Voice Requested) will
be given on the server and behind your name you will acquire the WV flag (Wants
Voice) and the reason you entered. </p>
