* Add entry in Changelog
* Set release version in top-level CMakeLists.txt
* Add release information to org.kde.tellico.appdata.xml, before the others (as first)
* Use releaseme/tarme.rb to create a tarball and test the build
* Tag the release, using vX.Y.Z pattern, and annotating the tag
* Update tarball and .md5 file
* Add new version to KDE bugzilla
