Converts EPS files to encapsulated PDF files. There are two
versions available. The original is a perl script
`epstopdf_perl' by Sebastian Rahtz. If running this script with
newer versions of GhostScript (6.51) then it needs to be patched
to tell GhostScript not to automatically rotate pages where most
of the text is at an angle by adding -dAutoRotatePages=/None. A
rewrite in C is also available and does not require
perl. However, it does require ghostscript. A compiled version
for Windows95/98/NT is included in the package. Since the
sources are included, it can be ported to any system having a
C-complier.
