Tetrinetx uses /etc/default/tetrinetx to know whether it should be ran
at startup [ or whenever invoking the init.d script ] or not, reading
the variable RUN_AT_STARTUP.

By default, this variable contains "NO", so if you want to start
tetrinetx at startup, modify /etc/default/tetrinetx and make this
variable say "YES".
