\subsection{Purpose of this tutorial}
This tutorial shows how to create \textsc{pdf} forms using
pdf\LaTeX{}, hyperref and insdljs. The focus is set on forms
which are filled interactively on screen and printed.
You need a \LaTeX{} distribution, pdflatex, hyperref and
insdljs must be installed. The insdljs package is a part of
the AcroTeX Education Bundle, see
\url{http://www.acrotex.net}.
You should have the following additional documentation
