* It would be very nice indeed if SSL support could be included.
  Unfortunately, this requires the author (Ken Keys) to either include
  a license statement allowing the linking of his code to both GPL and
  OpenSSL code at the same time, or some form of support for the GNU TLS
  library. The OpenSSL emulation layer in GNU TLS isn't sufficient to
  handle what TF uses, so we can't just shoehorn it in. Patches welcome.

* Autotools building has some nasty bits, especially in tfdefs.in; for now,
  we patch around this. This is supposed to be fixed "soon" upstream.

* The PCRE 2.x library is terribly old and out of date. Again, there is
  supposed to be an update to upstream to fix this (by using PCRE 4.x)
  sometime "soon". Not the end of the world, since PCRE 2.x is still
  supported in Debian, but it would be good to fix.
