README for the Debian package of Thescoder

The .orig.tar.gz thescoder is not the original archive distributed by upstream:
I had to repackage it to make it a better tarball and satisfy ftpmaster's
needs.

You can download the original zip file from:
   https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=128318

I will contact upstream to try to remove this issue in the future.
