Subject: all-thunderbird.js: Append "esr" to "%VERSION%" variable
The ESR series is missing the string "esr" in the concatenated URL that
is pointing to the release notes of the used version. So this patch is
basically only relevant for the ESR versions and not for Beta, non ESR
candidates and release versions.
