<TD>To connect the ports on two gates, first make sure you have
selected the "Move/Connect" tool from the "Tool" menu.&nbsp;  Then click
and hold the left mouse button on the endpoint of one of the ends you wish
to connect.&nbsp;  The mouse cursor will change to a soldering iron to indicate
that connect mode is active.</TD>
