* added scrollbar, reworked internal display engine stuff
* fixed URL in README file (for Tk module)

* you can now delete a host and it refreshes the window
* reworked refresh routine for buttons; now modular (developer concern)
Future plans
* add password through GUI, so that you don't need
to launch from console to attach to secure hosts
* add tree-list so that machines can be grouped logically (helps
with large installs...and it's a feature the Windows client does
not have!)
