totd for Debian

 totd package supports using as local DNS server. ppp and dhclient can be
 handled by totd, by using this in appearance DNS server is not changed.
 This mechanism is convenient for mobility use.

 If you refuse not to manage with debconf in configure process,
 dpkg-reconfigure totd.
