trace2dbest3.0_UG.pdf which comes with this package.
INSTALLATION:
If you have installed phred and blast already, simply put trace2dbest.pl and
rename.pl into a directory which is in your path. See UG for details.
During the trace2dbest setup you have to tell the programm where it is supposed
to look for ecoli.seq and vector.seq.
STARTING THE PROGRAM:
Simply type trace2dbest.pl and then run the setup menu.
DEPENDENCIES and PROBLEMS:
See output of the trace2dbest test menu and consult the user guide. You can
contact us via email: nematode.bioinf@ed.ac.uk , but before doing so please have a look
at the user guide.
