Short samples of sound files with associated transcriptions are provided.

* frint980428.wav/.trs is a sample of French radio

* know.sph/.trs is a short fragment of an English telephone conversation

NB: know.sph is in the NIST/Sphere sound file format. The Snack module must
be installed with a specific extension for this format to be recognized.
If this is not the case, you can still get a correct display of know.sph
by setting the following options in the Options/Audio File... window:
  - Rate:        8000
  - Channels:    stereo
  - Header size: 1024
