`trscripts' : `trcs' and `trbdf' for Debian
----------------------------------------------

You can find `gen_trcs' and `gen_trbdf' scripts in
/usr/share/doc/trscripts/source.  They are needed if you want to add support
for unsupported encoding.  This is easy -- read the file README.
