Junicode

Junicode is a Unicode-based typeface that is big enough to be
generally useful to those needing a basic Latin character set
and has special emphasis on those ranges and characters most
likely to be of interest to medievalists. The "Private Use
Area" in addition contains a number of characters of interest
to students and scholars of medieval English literature and
history.

The pages linked to below display the current character set of
Junicode. The font family is most complete in the regular style;
italic and bold versions will be brought up to date as quickly as
possible, and a bold italic font will be added at some future
time.

These pages will be displayed properly only if you have
Junicode installed in your system. This is because Junicode
contains characters from the Unicode standard that most other
fonts, including those shipped with Microsoft Windows, do not yet
contain.

Characters of special interest to English medievalists are
highlighted in these tables.
