- Build a deb again, iff there is user demand to run it after install.
- Note that to build a deb again, we need a country selector to run before
  tzsetup. From localechooser?
- Replace tzconfig with this program. If there is no demand, get it
  removed.. tzconfig must die! ;-) (It died.. s/tzconfig/tzselect/?)
