Minor change: added "noyywrap" argument for AC_PROG_LEX macro
in configure.ac. The "noyywrap" option was already set in the
lex/flex source files, and the library function results are
unchanged.
In src/progsrc/*.l, replaced "../config.h" include directive
with <config.h> to avoid "make distcheck" complaint.

Fixed a bug in beta2uni so all converted output now goes to the
