Compliance
This driver is a work in progress which strives to meet 3.51
CLI compliance. This driver currently implements a usefull set
of;
1. catalog functions via SQLColumns, SQLTables, SQLDescribeCol, SQLColAttribute
2. alloc and free calls for Environment, Connection, and Statement
3. connect via SQLConnect
4. SQL execution via SQLPrepare, SQLExecute
5. data retreival via SQLFetch, SQLBindCol, SQLGetData
