A MySQL driver for unixODBC has been created but
the author prefers not to have it incorporated into
the unixODBC distribution.

on this driver.

You can use the qmake project file to help you
build MyODBC using it instead of the GNU auto-tools.

To do this you should copy the *.c *.h source files
from the MyODBC source distro to here. 

Then edit the qmake project file to your liking.
