To build unixODBC on cygwin, all you need to do is to rerun the autoconf
tools to create versions that seem to play on windows, then build as normal.

Of course to do this you need to have installed the Cygwin development 
packages.

So:

	aclocal
	automake --add-missing
	automake
	autoconf
	libtoolize --copy --ltdl --force

Then you can run configure as normal

	./configure --enable-gui=no
	make
	make install

At least that seems to work when I tried it... If you find problems 
just let me know.
