The v-doc package that contained html documentation has been removed because
the upstream author decided to use a tool that is not freely available (at
least according to Debian's policy) to produce the documentation.

You can still find them at http://objectcentral.com/

v-bin is currently linked to the Athena widgets, rather than lesstif because
the latter still isn't stable enough, in particular, none of the applications
run properly with 0.86.5-2.
