randverse displays a verse taken at random from the bible; if you run the
program twice, the chances are 1 in 31096 against getting the same verse a
second time.

The chances are equalised across all the bible.  My first try selected
a book at random, then a chapter and then a verse.  Then I realised
that this biased the selection in favour of small books like Philemon
and against large ones like Jeremiah.
