vimperator for Debian

New upstream releases are repackaged into a tarball like this:

1- download the extension in .xpi format
2- uncompress the .xpi file using unzip into a vimperator-1.2.3
   directory (where 1.2.3 is the version number of course)
3- recompress the fully unpacked extension into a tar.gz file
