  <title>Using Hyper-V with <ph conkeyref="vbox-conkeyref-phrases/product-name"/></title>

  <body>
    <p><ph conkeyref="vbox-conkeyref-phrases/product-name"/> can be used on a Windows host where Hyper-V is running but host systems might experience significant <ph conkeyref="vbox-conkeyref-phrases/product-name"/> performance degradation.</p>
