virtualpg is a dynamic extension for the SQLite DBMS.
it implements the VirtualPostgres driver, allowing to
directly exchange data between SQLite and PostgreSQL;
if SpatiaLite is available even PostGIS geometries
can ben exchanged form one Spatial DBMS and the other.
